The National Commodity and Derivative Exchange’s daily turnover reached Rs 27.01 billion, with 2,075 users participating in trading on January 29, 2009. More than 113,727 trades took place, with some of the highest trades being Soya bean, Soya Oil, Sugar, Rape Mustard Seed, and Guar Seed. Yesterday, Chana and Turmeric also served as high trades.
