NCDEX Restores Previous Transaction Charges

The Bombay High Court has dismissed the Writ of Petition filed by NCDEX against the FMC regarding reducing transaction charges.  NCDEX believes the FMC should not be allowed to ban NCDEX from reducing its transaction charges.

However, the High Court felt this matter was not a judicial matter, but rather a matter that should be resolved between NCDEX and the FMC, while being examined by an expert body due to the impact it has on the economy.

Due to this ruling, NCDEX has restored the transaction charges that it previously reduced.
